Mayuko Hideshima

Mayuko is the firm’s Head of Operations and Fund Services. Mayuko joined SailingStone Capital in September 2014 as its Operations Manager with over 25 years of operations, client reporting and client interface experience in the financial services industry. Mayuko spent 15 years with AXA Rosenberg, first as Operations Manager; then as Client Communications Manager/Account Activity Coordinator; and ultimately serving as an Assistant Portfolio Advisor. Previously, she held operations roles with Husic Capital Management and Newport Pacific Management. Mayuko holds a BS in Business Administration from San Francisco State University with a concentration in international business.

Jim Klescewski, CPA

Jim is a Partner of SailingStone Capital Partners LLC, where he is the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer with over 30 years' financial management experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining SailingStone in 2014, Jim served as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer of Manifold Partners, a startup global equity long/short hedge fund. Previously, from 2006 to 2012, Jim served as Chief Financial Officer and Mutual Fund Treasurer of RS Investment Management Co. LLC. In 2005 Jim was the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer of Private Wealth Partners, LLC. From 2003 to 2004, he joined Fremont Investment Advisors, Inc., where he served as Chief Financial Officer and Mutual Fund Treasurer and was part of the team that successfully sold the company to Affiliated Managers Group. From 1998 to 2002, Jim was the Chief Financial Officer and Mutual Fund Treasurer of Montgomery Asset Management, LLC, and was part of the team that successfully sold the firm to Wells Fargo Bank. Prior to 1998 Jim served as Controller of BA Merchant Services, Grubb & Ellis Company and Equitec Financial Group, Inc. after six years in public accounting and becoming a certified public accountant in California. Jim received his BS in Accounting and MBA in Finance from California State University at Hayward.

Andreas Michlmayr, CFA, CIPM, FRM

Andreas Michlmayr joined SailingStone Capital Partners LLC in February 2014 as its performance analyst with over 18 years of investment performance and research experience in the financial services industry. Andreas spent five years with Charles Schwab Investment Management as a performance analyst. The most recent three years were spent overseeing performance reporting for internal oversight and managing both CSIM's and an affiliate advisory firm's performance composites. Andreas previously worked in performance and research roles for both investment advisors and broker-dealers, and in analytical capacities as a consultant. Andreas has a BA in Mathematics from the University of California, Berkeley.

Henry Tran

Henry is the firm’s Chief Compliance Officer. Henry joined SailingStone Capital in February 2016 as its Trade Compliance Officer with over 10 years of compliance, operations and risk experience in the financial services industry. Prior to SailingStone Capital Partners Henry was a Compliance Consultant at Wells Capital Management where he was responsible for portfolio compliance monitoring across fixed income, separately managed accounts, insurance, private funds and registered investment companies. Previously, he worked as a Compliance Analyst at both Balyasny Asset Management and Osterweis Capital Management. Henry started his career in financial services in 2006 working as a Derivatives Pricing Specialist at State Street Bank and Trust. Henry holds a B.A. in Political Science and Economics and a Minor in Managerial Economics from University of California, Davis. Henry holds the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst and Investment Adviser Certified Compliance Professional designations.

Carol Winsted

Carol joined SailingStone Capital Partners in October 2017 as an executive assistant with over 20 years of administrative experience. Prior to joining SailingStone, Carol worked at Stanford Management Company "SMC" for more than a decade as an executive assistant to the Chief Financial Officer and most recently as an investment administrator supporting the private equity, real estate and natural resource investment professionals. Before joining SMC Carol was an executive assistant at LSI Logic Corporation. She received an A.A. in General Education from City College of San Francisco.
